Entry into this competition is free and this is a game of chance.
Entry to this competition is open to all registrants of the Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network Conference “Rethinking Mental Health”, excluding employees, agents and contractors of the Promoter, employees of WENTWORTH HEALTHCARE and their immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse or grandparent), who are not eligible to enter.
Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or over 18 years of age.

The promotion commences at 8am 17 August 2019 and closes at 5pm 17 August 2019 (“Promotional Period”), with the winning entry being drawn at 5.15pm 17 August 2019 at the Fairmont Resort, Leura.
To enter, an entrant must, during the promotion period, visit all Exhibition Stalls at the NBMPHN Conference “Rethinking Mental Health” and have a Conference Passport stamped by each stallholder. They must then place their fully stamped Passport into the Prize Draw Box on the Registration Desk at the NBMPHN Conference “Rethinking Mental Health”. They must also be in attendance at 5.15pm draw of the winner.
At completion of the competition, all Passports will be destroyed.
The winner’s Passport will be drawn by a representative from WENTWORTH HEALTHCARE from the Prize Draw Box.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including all stalls having stamped the Passport) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entrants may only enter the competition once.
There will be one (1) prize and one (1) prize winner only.
Any attempt to interfere in the fair running of this competition will result in immediate disqualification.
Participation in this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The prize winner must be present at the prize draw to claim the prize. If the winner is not present at the draw, they will forfeit their prize and a new prize winner will be drawn. This will continue until a prize winner is present to claim their prize.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of the WENTWORTH HEALTHCARE will be final. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total prize is GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONE NIGHT’S ACCOMMODATION AT FAIRMONT RESORT at a value of $349.00. All prizes are offered by the Promoter in good faith and prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Prize collection: The winner is responsible for liaising with Fairmont Resourt to arrange redemption of the prize, and subject to any terms in relation to the Gift Voucher as determined by Fairmont Resort. The prize is valid until 12 June 2022.
The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the prize, including loss or damaged suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.
By entering, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use personal information disclosed, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law; a. to disqualify any entrant; or b. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
